Salinas claims this former resident of Kostka Hall. This year he had been elected Treasurer of the Kostka Klub. Julius received his Block “ B” for tennis and was destined for a high place on this year’s team. Among other accomplishments he was noted for his clarinet playing. It was a delight to the boarders when Julius would give out with a hot solo on his "licorice stick.”
